I am a highly experienced Senior Programmer and have been developing robust commercial systems for the Internet, telecoms and financial sectors for 10 years. I have moved into mobile development with a focus on the iPhone platform.

I am experienced in all areas of the Software Development lifecycle from analysis and architecture to delivery and client acceptance.

Examples of my work

Recent projects include:

• iPhone application for the Open Plaques project, utilising geolocation, flickr integration and the Open Plaques API.
• iPhone proof of concept application for a visual assist device that reads text in photographs and then translates it and reads out loud (similar to Google Goggles on Android).
• Development Team Leader delivering Intelligent Network (IN) routing and provisioning applications for several national telecoms operators, including BT Global and Eircom.
• Product development for Britain's leading online Job Board providers (Madgex) including integrating payment gateways such as WorldPay.
